The eight-year-old girl Noel wants the season’s hottest toy, the talking Harrison Bear for Chrismas but it is sold-out. Therefore, her father Larry Phillips tries to get one for her while her step-father Victor tries to prevent him so that he can be the only one who makes Noel's dream come true.
